Social Driver Expands Its Account Team Leadership

New Senior Account Manager Brings Global Brand Experience

Senior Account Manager Brings Global Brand Experience

Nicole Debrick, an experienced client engagement professional who worked with global brands such as Ford, Lincoln, Wendy’s, Arby’s and State Street Global Advisors, has joined Social Driver as a senior account manager.

Her background spans the restaurant, automotive, financial and health care industries, and more.

Debrick helped launch the FordHub, Ford’s first storefront that focused on communicating Ford’s vision of the future of mobility. She coordinated the project across multiple agencies in charge of in-store activations and worked to unveil the FordHub in New York’s Oculus World Trade Center.

For Wendy’s, Debrick worked on the Baconator, Summer Berry Chicken Salad and 4 for $4 Value campaigns. She also hosted a retail safari -- a collection of best-in-class customer surprise and delight experiences -- that served as thought leadership for Wendy’s to activate the evolution of their customer dining experience.

She also worked with Arby’s to implement its “Game On” program, which included both digital entertainment and physical toys in its children’s meal. For Raising Cane’s, she helped create and produce millions of toys, meal bags, and cups, and ran the product development, cost analysis, and distribution for it all.

While working with TEDxKC, at the time the largest TEDx event in North American and second in the world, Debrick ensured thousands of tickets were sold out quickly and the logistics of the event ran smoothly so attendees could focus on being inspired by big ideas. Additionally, Debrick co-hosted the 2015 TEDxKCWomen event.

She began her career in Detroit, working on integrated campaigns for Ally Financial, focused on their automotive business. Debrick helped to lead the partnership with Ally, TIME Magazine and the National Automobile Dealers Association for the TIME Dealer of the Year award, which celebrates the accomplishments of auto dealers and their contributions to their communities.

Debrick is excited to bring her passion for relationship building and problem-solving to Social Driver. “I want to roll up my sleeves, be a creative ally and understand where everyone is coming from to bring it all together,” she said. “I take pride in having great relationships with my team and with clients.”

Debrick values building relationships outside of work, too, in her role as a coach for a youth hockey team. As a former AAA player for Team Illinois, she wants to show young girls there is a place for them in competitive hockey.

“The sport was really good to me, and I just want to give back. I am only one of two female coaches, so I want to be someone young girls can look up to,” she said.

She has carried life lessons from playing hockey. “It helped me to become a good listener and empathize with others. It also taught me how to solve problems in a team environment. You always leave in a better place because others’ ideas are incorporated,” she said.
