At Social Driver, we created the Overdrive Award to encourage employees and recognize the kind of effort that often happens outside formal job descriptions. It’s meant to spotlight the work that keeps teams moving, supports colleagues, and helps complex projects succeed, even when that work isn’t always visible.
We recently recognized Cooper Joslin, Senior Web Developer; Alexander Krapf, Senior Maintenance Project Manager; and Heather Gregg, Senior Strategic Project Manager for the leadership, consistency, and care they bring to their roles.
Each of these team members exemplifies what it means to go above and beyond. From navigating technical challenges and maintaining critical systems to leading high-stakes projects with clarity and thoughtfulness, their contributions have a meaningful impact on both their teammates and the work Social Driver delivers.
The Overdrive Award reflects our commitment to encouraging a culture where initiative is valued, effort is recognized, and employees feel supported in stepping up when it matters most. Cooper, Alexander, and Heather embody that mindset through the way they anticipate needs, solve problems, and help move work forward with intention.
We’re proud to recognize their contributions and grateful for the role they play in strengthening both our work and our culture at Social Driver.
