Provide campaign, fundraising, and communications support to LGBTQ candidates to increase the number of openly LGBTQ elected officials. Elevate openly LGBTQ leaders who can further equality at all levels of government, by improving the digital strategy for both the Victory Fund and Victory Institute.

Audience-Centric approach

Build two new websites for Victory Fund and Victory Institute, each separate, but still seamless for their visitors and stakeholders. The project required a brand refresh to modernize the organization’s image. We also selected and implemented a new CRM system to improve the client's use of data.

Two Websites, One Brand

Social Driver re-designed, developed, and launched two full websites and a microsite under the same brand. This included an interactive map, event registrations, and secure donation processing.

Show don’t tell

The Out For America interactive map aims to show the organization’s impact in an engaging way. It plots every LGBTQ elected official that the Victory Institute supports in the U.S.

Donor focused

The sites were fully integrated with the EveryAction platform for immersive donor engagement and lead generation. The new sites make it easy for visitors to participate in Victory’s endeavors, whether that be through donations, shares, or the humble email list.

Mighty search

Alongside a refreshed site architecture, powerful search-and-filter tools allow visitors to quickly find the information they’re looking for.

Results

After the launch of the new websites in 2017, Victory Fund and Victory Institute had a record-setting election year with their candidates winning more positions than any year previous. The website has lead to better fundraising, communications, data-driven operations, organizing, and promotion of their events and trainings.
