Cigna DC Water needed a visually compelling and engaging communication strategy for DC Water's internal Wellness initiative. The aim was to effectively convey the diverse range of wellness resources, exercise programs, webinars, classes, and support available to DC Water employees while fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere. Socal Driver was brought on to design the visuals that were a focal point of this initiative.
DC Water faced the challenge of communicating their commitment to employee wellness in a manner that was not only informative but also visually appealing. The task was to create designs that would stand out, capturing the attention of employees both in-person and digitally, and effectively communicate the priority placed on wellness within the organization. The challenge was to ensure that the messaging felt welcoming, relaxing, and reflective of the supportive environment DC Water aimed to cultivate.
Social Driver developed a creative solution that focused on relaxing, engaging, and thought-provoking designs. The team conceptualized illustrations featuring different individuals immersed in wellness activities, each depicted in cool, relaxing tones. Examples included individuals practicing yoga in a serene field with accompanying words like "breathe in, breathe out," and others seemingly in space with a bubble around them, visually representing the need for personal space. The choice of colors and illustrations aimed to embody a sense of tranquility, reflecting the calming energy associated with wellness.
The messaging accompanying the designs served to articulate the priority placed on wellness, providing clear information about available resources and programs. The designs were strategically placed across DC Water's physical spaces and digitally, ensuring maximum visibility. Email was also utilized as an additional driver to reach and engage employees.
The results were impactful and aligned with the goals of the project. The creative assets created by our agency became powerful tools for DC Water to communicate its wellness initiatives effectively. The visually appealing designs captured the attention of employees, making the information easily digestible and memorable.
